Yoga in the park

Join us for some yoga and mindful practice in nature. Please come prepared for all weather. We ask that you make use of all of the space and keep the recommended Covid safe 1.5metre distance from each other. BYO Mat/towel, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellant. Please don't come if you or a household member is unwell we livestream all classes so you don't have to miss out. In case of last minute bad weather cancellations please check our timetable for updates we may move   practice to  the Aireys community hall.
