A gently flowing class based on the principles of Vinyasa and Ayurveda designed to bring balance to the mind, body and soul.

Classes will incorporate a slower-paced flow sequence, balance and mat based poses as well as breathing and mindfulness exercises. 


Suitable for all levels.
